I'm guessing it's a 'Fate' thing if your friend here talks about it so authoritatively - I can even grant you things that I don't really understand, like magic or wealth. In this case, we'd probably built it around Ensorcelling you all - though, I should warn you, it's really easy for a Changeling to trap you in an agreement, so think twice before you agree to even subtle things, because we only need to be honest, we don't need to be clear. We're taught that mages are scary as heck and not to mess with them like that - they see it and they take vengeance. Besides, I'm kinda terrible about taking advantage of people. So what I'd probably do is uhm..."
She considers.

"I, Ashlyn, swear," their friend says almost immediately.
Arielle glances back at her and nods. "I, Arielle, swear. You've got nothing to fear from me."
